With three large bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a large office, and a media room, this spacious 2361 ft.² three-level beachfront property is perfect for your family or friends. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the spectacular coastline and ocean views from the two decks offering tons of comfy seating to relax, have a glass of wine, and take in the stunning sunsets and fresh ocean breeze. This completely remodeled home has an exceptional floor plan starting at the top; the third floor has lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings that create a spacious feel to the property. This vast floor plan combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. It has a cozy couch and a pleasant fireplace providing the perfect ambiance for your evenings spent indoors. The dining area has a huge glass table to fit 10 for a relaxing dinner at home. The chef's style kitchen is well-appointed with gorgeous stone counters, wood floors, a massive island, and stainless-steel appliances, so you can easily prepare delicious meals while enjoying the ocean views. The primary bedroom is also on the third floor and boasts a comfortable king-size bed, end tables, a walk-in closet with a full-size washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV.
