Step inside this cozy, fashionable vacation rental, and you'll find a comfortable living room and kitchen designed with ultra-modern furnishings perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Eat or lounge outside and listen to the sound of the waves daily! The deck has a comfortable couch and chairs and a four-person dining table. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles rather than arbitrary human decision-making. For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020\. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions.
