Docked 1 star because unfortunately there was a very rancid smell in the kitchen that didn't go away during our long weekend stay. We also spotted a few cockroaches in the kitchen. There is a pipe dangerously exposed as you are about to enter the front porch. We tripped over that multiple times. Someone is going to get hurt badly. There are no blankets, no cold water in the kitchen, the light bulbs over the stove and sink are out. The fridge oddly blocked by a counter has not hooked up the water hose. If you turn the main light on in the living area, the fan is ridiculously fast and it is like a wind tunnel and you cannot turn it off. There are no blankets. It is extremely outdated. Other than that, very clean 2-bedroom unit with a comfortable king size bed. Updated appliances in the kitchen are nice. Plenty of kitchen space, though not a lot of living room space.
