Enjoy a soak in the pristine hot tub at the end of a long day or grill the catch of the day as the sun sets. Located in a residential area and just a short walk to the beach, this family home offers seclusion and convenience with thoughtful touches throughout. This pet friendly home includes shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, beach towels to ensure a fuss free vacation with plenty of space indoors and outdoors for your family to spread out while relishing the culture of island life. The main living level of “Thalassa” welcomes you with a large open concept living space. Complete with a sizeable living area, dining table, and kitchen, this great room is the heart of the home and a wonderful gathering space for family meals, movie nights, board games, and spending time together. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, a large sink, an eat-in island with seating for 5, and ample storage space for your groceries. After dinner, kick back on the covered front porch with a cool beverage and let the salt air wash all your stress away! The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and features its own private bathroom with dual vanity, rainfall shower head, and walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room on this living level for added convenience to guests. Upstairs you will find a bonus living space as well as the three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers a television. Another guest bedroom features a twin day bed that has a twin trundle neatly tucked below. This room caters to the junior members of your family but is versatile and will work for single adults as well. There is a full bathroom complete with a combination tub and shower which works perfectly for little one’s bath time! At the opposite end of the lofted living space, there is another queen guest bedroom which also offers a television for your viewing and streaming pleasure. There is a plush futon on this living level that makes a great hangout for teens and doubles as an additional sleeping area in the evenings if needed. The outdoor enclosed shower comes in extremely handy for washing away that pesky sand from the beach and for rinsing off before enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Your private hot tub is covered and available for use in all seasons. There is a gas grill available along with a wood burning faire pit in the back yard. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub or the front porch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prep meals. Easy to bike to great restaurants and shops.
