Equipped 2 kings & 4 queens, fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen, huge living room, elevator, Helix mattresses, free specialty coffee / coffee bar, & parking for 4 cars plus free street parking. Perfect for families, groups & pets! We care about our guests! Owning & hosting several properties, we aim to provide a fabulous experience! Come and see!! Spacious, beautifully designed with guests in mind. Three stories with elevator access to all three floors. Fenced backyard. Less than a mile or 4-minute drive to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Top level - 3rd floor: \-open floorplan with large, fully-stocked kitchen, pantry, coffee / tea bar and island seating. \-open, spacious living room with plenty of seating for groups. 75” Tv with multiple streaming apps. Throw blankets for movie nights on the large sectional couch. \-Deck with gas fire pit, sectional couch and 2 chairs. View of the ocean from the balcony and crows nest just up the spiral staircase. Crows nest has bar top seating and bar top Adirondack chairs with shared table. Great ocean views! \-Queen bedroom with smart TV, chair, walk in closet with room darkening shades. Full bathroom just outside the door. 2nd floor: \-Master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. All toiletries and plush linens provided. Plush Helix mattress with cooling, breathable linens. Plenty of pillows & blankets. Smart Tv and walk-in closet. The beach is just a 3-minute walk (we have walked it and timed it). Public beach access. Less than 3 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar. Multiple restaurants and Carolina Beach nearby. 1\. Pet stays must be paid in advance or an automatic $250 fee will be applied. If you decide to bring your pet after your reservation is made please message us and we can request the pet fee. 2\. Checkout instructions must be followed or a $75 fee will be applied to compensate cleaners. 3\. No smoking. It does need a new dishwasher and the rugs and bathroom floors were dirty. The property manager did offer to immediately replace the rugs and send someone to clean which was extremely nice. We cooked all meals at the house and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools! We did have some dirty bed sheets that we needed to wash. And there were some chair legs at the dining room table that were loose and need to be tightened for future guests. We just moved those out of the way. Summary: from check in to check out, location, accessibility, comfort, and hospitality— 5 stars! We loved our stay here! From the moment we checked in, we were at home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all we needed and beyond. The snacks, coffee pods, paper products, and kitchen equipment were all very nice and perfect for our week long stay! The house stayed nice and cool in the middle of our heat wave days of 100 degrees, and we were so grateful after a nice long day at the beach! Speaking of which, the beach and nearby grill or breakfast place is super easy to walk to, and we loved that our intersection had a big pedestrian crossing with flashing lights. We traveled with kids and a dog, and had no problem walking around to the places we wanted to go. Melissa was extremely responsive and kind to our questions, and to follow up on any needs or issues that we may have had (we had none!) There were so many things within the house that were well thought out in advance to make our stay the best it could be— from games to household items to the elevator and beyond. We really had everything we needed and more, and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! We also were pleasantly surprised to see extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach games there for our use, too. All of these things added to our appreciation! Lots of kid friendly things like a booster seat that we completely forgot.
