Tucked away on a quiet street and only a few short blocks to the beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, pet-friendly townhome is sure to make just as big of a first impression on you as it’s catchy name. It’s perfect for a small family trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sports a clean modern décor. The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a cozy open living space perfect for entertaining while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances. This home boasts Roku enabled Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon pre-loaded, smart thermostats that accompany new furnishings and all new kitchen appliances. Guests with love the smart features of this home and the modern conveniences that have been thoughtfully placed throughout. Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with a Twin bunk bed, play table, and a full bathroom. The beautiful master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping your coffee while watching the sun rise! The best part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really makes you soak up the island life. The back yard is a great space to let your four-legged family member run or catch a frisbee! An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach convenient and the outdoor dining is perfect for grilling out on warm summer nights. While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience all this and more here in Carolina Beach! Occupancy: 6 Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons. Bedding Recap: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bunk Bed. Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one covered, one driveway. Prohibited: Smoking. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). The beds were comfy. We had enough room to spread out. We loved the outside area. The pup loved it too! It was located in a nice area and was nicely priced. The only negatives were the following: the A/C went out once and another day it was making a very loud sound. The rental company had someone out both days pretty quickly but we still had to wait for them to come. Not a huge deal however we did miss some time doing other things had we not had to deal with that. The other thing was that there was a lot of light coming in the bedrooms in the mornings (also it was not that dark at night either). Some in our group were fine with it and some weren't. Personally, I have a hard time sleeping with a lot of light in the room so some blackout curtains and something to cover up the upper windows in the bedrooms would be great. Other than those 2 things, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again. ##### Heather B. However, if you bring a dog, the backyard is not completely fenced or enclosed. three corners are open and no specific gate, just an opening. Outdoor shower is convenient and nice, but not private due to a shower curtain and not a latch door . Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Thank you. ##### Kristine E. It was so nicely decorated, well equipped for cooking and entertaining family. The yard and outdoor setup was super nice for hanging out after the beach with cocktails The location was perfect for us and the surrounding neighborhood is really nice! This may be the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in at the beach. It was clean, tastefully furnished (so many vacation homes have ugly wall colors and furniture with shells and palm trees. This was tasteful without that stuff!). The neighborhood was brand new, very nice and a great walk to the beach. It was nice to have a place that had all the kitchen stuff we needed too.
