Oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st level condo in the elevator building at the sought-after Sea Colony community. Private, assigned parking for 2 vehicles! The master suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and private bath. Bedroom #2 houses two twin beds and is adjacent to the hall bathroom. The living area is on the oceanfront side of the condo and allows the sun to pour in through the triple slider! The ocean views are amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay at the beach. The dining room seats 6 and we have outside seating on the oceanfront balcony! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv. Wi-Fi is included in your condo. The community features several charcoal grills for your use with one conveniently located in the grassy lawn area outside of your building. The swimming pool is steps away and is its own private oasis. The beach access for owners and guests only and makes for a more private beach strand experience. Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 5\. Check in and out was a breeze and we had zero issues with the property. We loved how everything was so close to our room. The view from the condo is wonderful. I enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beach was not crowded out front. The actual condo needs a deep cleaning and a place to put groceries. Location of property was perfect, views were beautiful! Condo had almost everything we needed. There was not a single square of toilet paper upon arrival, so keep that in mind. The master bed is in need of TLC- loud squeaks with every little move. Biggest complaint is that golf carts weren’t allowed on the property. I was told it’s in the listing, but I do not see it.
