"Sandy Bottom Retreat" is peacefully tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few short blocks to the beach. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, townhome is sure to make a wonderful first impression. It’s perfect for a get away from your busy life. The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a cozy open living space with beachy décor to enjoy while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This home boasts Smart TVs and clean, open spaces, along with a fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Don't forget your K-cups as they also provide a Keurig coffee maker for a pick me up anytime. Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with two Twin beds and a full bathroom. The beautiful primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping a beverage or listening to the waves. One great part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really begs you to enjoy each other's company and reconnect with your whole group, or catch the game on the outdoor TV. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach super convenient. While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music.
