Freshly updated with new furniture, including a king size mattress. Recommended occupancy is two. The deck includes brand two chairs that are elevated and perfect for ocean viewing. Start each day watching the magnificent sunrise. Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils and table settings, everything you need to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, the condo is just a short walk from Carolina Beach restaurants. This location provides the perfect mix of quiet beach scenery with nearby activities. This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide outstanding exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best views to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space. He was quick in responding and quite accommodating to our needs. You cannot ask for a better location. It was a wonderful experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was equally spectacular. All of the amenities were in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about any cooking items you might need.
