We had an excellent time here, and the location and views can't be beat! Walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants (a block or so from everything). The condo has just about everything you need - the kitchen is fully stocked, but as others have said, you'll want to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. Clean, comfy, and very relaxing. All the amenities that we needed during our stay were provided for family with 2 toddlers. The oversized beachfront balcony was heavily used. The location is great just steps from the beach and centrally located to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had Britt’s donuts which were out of this world and ate at shuckin shack which we loved. The location was a prime spot. We had young 20 year-olds with us, and they could walk to every place in town. The access to the beach was literally next to the stairs, and the condo provided chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels which meant a few less things we had to travel with. We loved our time here. The building was quiet...no loud or rowdy neighbors and it is situated on the beach. The fact that it had an elevator was crucial for my elderly mother and the parking structure kept our car safe and dry. (We were there during a huge storm that deposited over 18 inches of rain in Carolina Beach). The condo itself is beautiful...all updated fixtures and furnishings plus lots of room to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. I was really impressed by the level of detail to our needs. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and other activities was great. We used the pool daily. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer in-unit. The kitchen was great, and I appreciated all of the containers available to pack up for the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, beach towels, a rolling cooler, and even some sand toys. The balcony was perfect for reading and listening to the waves roll in.
