With the new mattresses and box springs, new flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms, & the brand-new sleeper sofa, you'll feel like you're sleeping in a luxury resort! This property is located on the second floor and there is also elevator access. There's nothing like sitting out on your deck in an ocean front condo! We have easy access to our beautiful white sandy beach, just steps away. You can watch the dolphins play and the pelicans soar! If you are an early riser, you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over the ocean. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances & granite countertops. With an open floor plan, you can be in the kitchen and still enjoy the ocean view! The dining area has a table and four chairs, plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and ceiling fan. The on suite bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, hardwood floors, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and shares the hall bathroom. We also have a new (2022) full size washer and dryer, elevator, large outdoor pool, gazebo, and picnic area with grill. Our beach access walkway is next to the pool and has an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. For fish tacos and tiki drinks, the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is right next door and for a hearty breakfast don't forget to check out Granny's Country Kitchen just across the street! What a perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer! You can stroll along the beach to the boardwalk area and get yourselves a delicious donut at Britt's Donut Shop or a slice of pizza at Fentoni's Pizza. So much to do during the summer: live bands and fireworks on Thursday nights, a weekly farmers market, and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. If you get a bit too sunburned and need a day out of the sun, don't forget the NC Aquarium right down the road at Kure Beach. It's air-conditioned and if you go on Wednesdays you can watch them feed the alligators! Taking your vacation at Carolina Sunrise will provide you with some great memories for years to come. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach and area. Amazing sunrise each morning! Convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay. However, I was surprised to learn upon our arrival that the beds did not have sheets on them as it was my responsibility as the guest to make the beds and strip them upon our departure. I also found it unusual to not have been supplied with dispensers in the showers for body wash (as I bring my own shampoo/conditioner). I do appreciate the generous supply of laundry detergent to do a load of laundry. The kitchen had a useable coffee maker with only Keurig cups available and I suspect creamer was once kept in a little empty bowl next to it but wasn’t available during our stay. Our second Thanksgiving here at Carolina Sunrise and we have been very happy with the location and the condo both times. Beautifully clean and decorated. The Kerieg was a lifesaver. Thinking of coming back in June. And July, maybe September and definitely November This is a wonderful place. Enjoyed it very much and will be back. ##### Kristina K.
