There is no elevator so that may be a drawback to some but not for us. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Who doesn’t love Pottery Barn towels! Staff is friendly and the location is unbeatable. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently and far nicer than what you typically get in hotels of this type. There is no elevator and access to rooms is external. Classic, upscale elements - no kitsch. I stayed in a beautiful king room that had the shortest walk I have ever had to the beach - even for a beach front property. The pool has been refurbished and is amazingly clean. The pool area has white lounge chairs and blue and white beach towels are provided. It's a small hotel but I totally enjoyed not struggling to find a parking space or waiting for the elevator.
