\- Back: Spacious back deck with a small ocean view on the left-hand-side. Comfortable cushioned furniture, coffee table, and bar table. Listen close to hear the waves while hanging out in the back!  
\- An outdoor shower head and foot-wash is located on the very bottom level of the back of the house. Hot & cold!

\- Towels provided: Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloths.  
\- Beach Towels NOT provided.

\- Provided: Enough shampoo/conditioner/body soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pod, and kitchen "goodies" to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

☀ No parties, events, underage alcohol consumption, business use, or illegal drug use.  
\-- Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless previously approved.

\-- Evidence of smoking in the home or by outdoor furniture will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell.
