We had 6 adults and 2 young children, stay at the property for a 4day weekend. The property was clean, modern, plenty of sleeping space, and the communication with mgmt was seamless. We rented a golf cart while we were there in order to make getting around to the beach, boardwalk, and dinner spots, easier. Highly recommend doing that. The location was perfect. Jul 29, 2024 #### Great Location We had a great time at Breezy Goin. The house is beautiful, great location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars to accommodate everyone's taste. The management staff was great. They came by to show us how to use the elevator and responded quickly to a request to spray bees nests. The house would benefit from some towel hook and rods in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry and some more silverware in the kitchen. The house is beautiful with a large open front room where we could all gather which was especially important because Saturday was rainy and cold. We loved the rooms and well- stocked kitchen. The deck was great for early morning coffee and drinks in the evening.Tastefully decorated and multilevel. Loved the cool outdoor area after a great day at the beach. Far enough away from the crowds but still close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and restaurants. Great communication with host. ##### Maureen B. Aug 3, 2023 #### Family Vacation Recently my family vacationed in Carolina Beach and stayed in Breezin Goin. It was 7 of us and we had a great time. My mom is 85 years young and although she is still very mobile at times the elevator was needed. It definitely helped with getting luggage and food in and out of the home. We are definitely planning on returning next year. The entire process was non complicated and not at all stressful. The home was beautiful and the amenities were very modern. I loved the periodic communication via text message or emails from the owners. The location was perfect as well. Again our family enjoyed the house and will be returning and hopefully renting a larger home with a swimming pool. ##### Petula S. Visited Carolina Beach for a Girl’s Trip with our dogs and it was a great experience! The house was beautiful. Great area on the front patio for the dogs to hang out with us and a fenced in yard for them to run around. Neighbors were a little sensitive to Any dog barking so I would not recommend leaving the dogs in the yard or patio even if the weather is nice. (ITrip was very nice and understanding about the complaint; never got bad vibes from them). Loved the convenience of the outside shower and hose to rinse off after getting in from the beach. Close walk to a public beach access; recommend a beach wagon. 0.4mi or less to freeman park to run the dogs in the morning and evening. Quiet location off the main roads but close to everything. Beach access is a 5 minute walk. Freeman Park Beach is super close too and dogs can run and enjoy. Loved the huge porch to relax every morning and night. Dogs loved it too…and it is gated at top of stairs so they are safe. House is gorgeous with everything you need. Elevator was very helpful for arrival and departure. Our weather perfect every single day. We made all of our meals at the house to avoid restaurants and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of communal space inside and outside. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities you would need. Very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach. Jul 15, 2025 #### Perfect Beach Getaway for Families We had an incredible stay at Carolina Beach! The house was everything we hoped for—modern, clean, and beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking a breeze. The grill right outside was perfect. With four adults and four teenagers, we were so impressed by how spacious the home was—everyone had room to spread out and relax. The bathrooms were especially nice—clean, and stylish. One of our favorite features was the front porch. It was fully enclosed, which made it the perfect hangout spot for our dog, who absolutely loved lounging out there. The breeze and the views made it our go-to place for morning coffee and evening wine. This home truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.
