Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from the balcony. Condo has been recently updated with modern appliances, including new refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and great bathrooms. Beach chairs, and umbrellas all supplied. Walk down to the tiki bar for some live music! The space Trailering a boat.. no problem parking it. I own another condo that has space for your car and boat. Just contact me and I’ll give you directions (it’s literally a 2 minute walk north on Carolina Beach Ave N) Guest access Parking is a breeze. Just park under the condo or behind it. There's plenty of space for your vehicle. If your towing your boat, don't be concerned. I own another condo that has space for your boat and it's only a 2 minute walk on the same side of the street.
