“House of Views” is a charming one-bedroom condo in the heart of Carolina Beach that showcases picturesque views of the ocean and lake. Nicely updated and decorated with crisp coastal décor, this condo leaves nothing to be desired. Pack your flip flops and head down to the coast for the picture-perfect getaway!  
  
As you enter the condo you are instantly greeted by the bright airy space. The open floor plan maximizes the ocean views and creates a fantastic gathering space. Subway tiles and open shelving line the crisp kitchen and are perfectly accented by the quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and teal touches. Whether you intend to utilize the well-stocked kitchen or enjoy the local area restaurants this kitchen ensures that your every need is met. The living room is lined with shiplap and beautiful hues of blue that seamlessly blend the views with the interior of this home. There is a deck off the living room that overlooks the ocean. Spend hours basking in the sun or grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise as your cares melt away.  
  
The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen size bed and offers a second deck that overlooks the Carolina Beach Lake. Spend warm summer evenings watching the sun set over the lake or catch the weekend firework show without even leaving the comfort of home. The bathroom features walk in shower with glass doors and there is a full-size stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. There is a roll away twin bed available for junior family members.  
  
“House of Views” is more than just a great view. The exceptional location means that you are centrally located to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local shops and restaurants, and there is a public beach access across the street! Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. Come see what Carolina Beach has to offer!

Stay Requirements: Minimum of 2-night stay year-round with flexible arrival days.  
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Twin Roll Away.  
Parking: Assigned parking on site for ONE vehicle with HOA parking pass.  
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.  
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The condo is charming; furnishings are unusually cozy and comfortable for a rental. Location is stellar with beach access just steps away. We will definitely be back.

#### Beautiful views

The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The bed was VERY comfortable. The view of the water was gorgeous. The only drawback is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Its tough to bring up your bags and groceries. Thats the only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5.
