Helm N Dock is a 6 Bedroom conjoined property made up of two, beautiful, over/under condos renting together as one property. Each floor has a king primary suite, a queen guest suite, and a bunk room. Separate living areas and kitchens give you all the space you need to spread out. The units are adjoined by an interior stairwell, making it a breeze for your early risers to come together for morning coffee on the Oceanview porches! We are only one row from the beach, so run back and forth as much as you like! Ground Level: Covered and Driveway pad parking for 5-6 vehicles, size dependent. No boats, trailers, campers, buses, or recreation vehicles are allowed, and parking on the grass is prohibited. Exterior stairwell to private entrance. Private outdoor shower. The property is very spacious and well kept. A short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to get around. The check in and out process was extremely easy.
