Our Seaside Retreat is a newly renovated beautiful, OCEANFRONT, TOP FLOOR condo featuring one bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, one bathroom with custom tiled walls, updated and well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops, new doors, all freshly painted walls and ceilings, wood floors, flat screen TVs, high speed wifi, grilling common area, private walkway to the beach, 2 elevators, outdoor showers, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, convenient ground level bathrooms right off the beach, security, convenient off-street parking and 24 hour check in/out services. Enjoy the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony with seating for dining or lounging. Linens ARE INCLUDED with the rental, along with towels (2 sets per person) NOT beach towels There is coin operated laundry located on the ground floor along with a small arcade, drink & snack machines and a pool side club lounge. The property is only cleaned after your exit - not during your stay. We enjoyed our stay in this ocean front condo for our anniversary getaway. The only con was the extremely firm mattress. My husband was unable to sleep on it due to a shoulder issue, so he slept on one of twin bunks. Other than that, this condo offered all that we needed and was in a great location.Communications with our host was simple and easy. She was very responsive when there was issue with internet. She was quick to get that resolved. The location was close to great restaurants and the host provided a comprehensive list of restaurant suggestions. We were also close to Wilmington, which we love. As luck would have it, there was an arts festival there during our stay which we really enjoyed. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings out on the balcony taking in the views and daily walks on the beach. Excellent view of the beach and ocean, short drive to everything from Fort fisher to Wilmington. Condo owner gave very clear and helpful instructions on checking in and out. This top floor condo is beautifully decorated and very clean and the view is spectacular! It happened to be a gorgeous super blue moon while we were there on the night of our anniversary and it was very special! We could not have been enjoyed ourselves more. Watching the sunrise was awesome too. It was definitely one of the best vacations we have taken. I hesitate to mention, because our time there was so great, the only issue we had is there were only 2 bath towels total, one each, for 5 days. The set was only enough for one person. It worked out because I had brought plenty of beach towels but it would have been nice to have at least 2 sets. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot with us though, it was a special anniversary we will never forget. ##### Ryanne T. I was concerned about the 11th floor but the elevators always prompt. We didn't cook much but the condo was fully stocked had we wanted. Location & beach access perfect. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise on your balcony and relax to a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. It is beautifully kept and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The place is modern and has everything you will need. The extras is that is has access to an outdoor and indoor pool and a dreict walk onto the beach. Robin provides prompt communication. It is close to many great restaurants and within just a couple of miles from the boardwalk. We will definitely return. ##### Vivian G.
