Family Tides is a 3bd 2.5 bath condo in the desired Captains Quarters community of Carolina Beach. The main level of this getaway was remodeled in early 2024 to include a brand new kitchen with upgraded countertops, flooring, appliances, and more. The living area was also remodeled to include new furniture and updated features. The home comes with a brand-new 30 foot boat slip that includes power and fresh water (bring your boat!). Enjoy the day at the beach or spend time at the community pool that's just steps from the condo (open in May, literally steps away). The ground level has a garage with storage and a grass area to play games. The main level (second floor) includes a half bath, kitchen, living area, and large outdoor deck for watching boats go by in the canal. The second story has a large master bedroom with private deck and full ensuite bathroom. The first guest room has two twin beds. The second has a queen bed. The kitchen comes fully stocked with glassware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Each bedroom and the living room have brand new smart TVs. A grassy lawn area out back is perfect for yard games. A hightop dining table and chairs on the large main balcony provide and amazing opportunity to enjoy the sunset over the water. The home does include linens and some essentials! The Carolina Beach Boardwalk District (1.4 miles away) has a beautiful boardwalk along the beach with shopping, fair rides, seasonal Thursday night fireworks, ice cream shops and numerous restaurants! Everything from housemade tacos to gormet hotdogs! Freeman park, one of the state's only drive on beaches, is half a mile down Canal Drive. The property is family friendly with amazing views of the bay, separate bedrooms, large family kitchen/dining area, and right next door to the pool. The beach is just one short block away.
