Nestled between a tranquil one-way street and the oceanfront, Beach Breeze offers a serene beach getaway. Recently renovated, this charming cottage features a wrap-around porch with rockers, Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table, perfect for soaking in the coastal ambiance. Enjoy easy access to the public beach and nearby attractions like Carolina Beach Lake and local eateries.

Inside, the main floor boasts a cozy living room with a 60-inch ROKU Smart TV and ample seating, ideal for relaxation or entertainment. The gourmet kitchen, newly renovated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, invites culinary adventures, with seating for 8 at the farmhouse-style dining table.

The downstairs master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features two double beds. Upstairs, discover four more bedrooms, including another master with a king bed and private bathroom, and a room with ocean views featuring a queen bed and twin bed.

We stayed at this rental in summer 2025 for a youth group trip with 19 guests. While the location was excellent—just steps from the beach and close to other local amenities—we unfortunately experienced several serious issues with the condition of the home that impacted our stay.The upstairs level had a strong moldy, dewy smell that triggered allergies for some of our group. Visible black mold could be seen on the walls upstairs, especially when sunlight came through the windows. The floors throughout the house, both upstairs and downstairs, were soft and uneven with noticeable humps and dips. It felt like walking on small hills, and in some areas, it truly felt unsafe—particularly in one upstairs room where the floor felt like it could give way at any moment.One of the beds in the upstairs room (facing the beach) was broken and completely unusable, forcing several guests to sleep on couches. This was especially disappointing given that we booked this home specifically for the number of beds advertised to accommodate our group.While we understand beach homes come with some wear and tear, the structural concerns and mold presence are health and safety issues that need immediate attention. We hope the owners will invest in necessary repairs and improvements before hosting future guests.Until those concerns are addressed, we unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this property for large groups or guests sensitive to mold or allergies.
Where the kids had to sleep due to the bed being broke upstairs and the heavy smell of mold and mildew that triggered some of their allergies.

Perfect House for a Family Gathering

The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms and beds for our crew. So easy to get to the beach! The upper deck view was heaven for morning coffee and evening wine. The management company was super responsive and even went and found a book we left behind!

Fantastic location/plenty of space

My large group of 10 had plenty of sleeping space. Beach access is a block away and the boardwalk is about a 12-15 min walk. Place was as described and property manager was easy to communicate with.

Think Twice before you book this place

Just be mindful that this house is quite old and 2nd floor is not level. When we walked on the 2nd floor, we feel like we were living in a boat. It's an aged house and the first floor bathroom are so dark even with light on. My son refused to enter it at first. They also expect you to clean all the dishes, put them back, take out all the bed sheet and pillow cover before you leave the place. Some of the bed sheets that they provide don't even match to the mattress. Like fulll size but give you twin size. We called the property manager but no one showed up during our staying. Some of the mattresses are so soft that made us wonder how long they've been in service. If you are looking for an aged house, this is the perfect place. The building right next to it is like newly renovated and we wouldn't mind to pay more to stay there instead.

GRADUATION GATHERING

I was the chaperone for 14 boys who graduated high school and wanted to celebrate by going to the beach for a week. The graduates pick out the place and I must say I was impressed. The property had enough room for all of them and they really enjoyed their stay.

We really like this place!

Sleeps a lot of people comfortably. Great porch for visiting. Large interior space for visiting as well. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking. Recently renovated. We have stayed during the before and after and they did a great job. A short walk to the beach but very easy access. A bit of a hike to the boardwalk for doughnuts but we rented a small golf cart this year and it was a nice addition. We will be back for sure!

Perfect family/friends location to celebrate!

While the pictures are good, they don't do this location justice. It is very roomy with the perfect blend of locations to spend time together (or quiet nooks for those that want a little quiet time). Very well maintained, with a huge wrap around deck that was perfect for the dogs to run around while we enjoyed the breeze and sounds of the ocean. Close walk to the beach makes it easy for all to enjoy at their own pace. Will definitely stay again!

Stay at Carolina Beach

My family and I had a decent stay. The property’s pictures were slightly misleading. The home is right next to a very well manicured and upkept lot and we thought we were staying in the adjacent home. Overall, the house was clean and rooms were clean. But the dishes were dirty and it needed dusting. The pots and pans were all burned, so we should have brought our own to cook. There were large bugs that looked like cockroaches that popped up periodically during our stay.

Family Trip

We’ve been going to Carolina Beach for several years now and rented here this year because it was pet friendly. We were extremely happy with everything. House is in an excellent location. One block from beach access. The front of the house is on a smaller access road which is very nice. Inside of the house was great. Plenty of room, beds, bathrooms, TVs, etc. 2 families were there and we easily could have had 3 or 4 families total. Only complaint were floor were a little wavy, but now I’m just nitpicking. And the fact that it’s pet friendly was great! This will now become our new go-to place! May even go back this year and stay again!!!
