The condo is as nice or nicer than the pictures and the convenience to the beach is hard to beat. Our host had great communication with us and was concerned only about our comfort and enjoyment. Very clean, nice kitchen with everything you need to cook and even had seasonings to use. Fridge was stocked with waters and essentials. Loved our stay, will definitely come back! Located only a street away from Carolina Beach is Kelly and James' Condo. The pictures and amenities as described are accurate and the hosts have excellent communication before and throughout the stay. With a bedroom and a pull out couch, I HIGHLY recommend considering this location if you want someplace quiet, clean and comfortable all while being minutes away from everything you need! 10/10 ##### David G. Cozy condo for a couple or with children. We were on a college visit to UNCW with our daughter. It was fun to stay in a condo as nice as this one as opposed to a motel. We would rent this again. This condo is beautiful, cozy, and had all the amenities of home you could ask for. It is a very short walk to the beach access and close to great shopping and restaurants.
