This greenbelt location is bordered by National Forest land and gives the guest added privacy and easy access to hiking and biking trails. The living area has cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV that will keep you entertained while enjoying the warmth of the wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook a feast. Newly added hardwood flooring throughout adds a fantastic touch to any already cozy cabin! Agate Bay is conveniently located between all surrounding ski resorts, shopping, restaurants and local action. A great place to spend your summers/winters and vacation time! All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know. Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. Some Highlights Include: •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound. •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up. •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4 Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. The place was nicely decorated, the amenities were plentiful, the host was very communicative when we had any questions. The kitchen was well appointed with all you need to cook and bake including plenty of pans, pots, baking sheets, blender, food processor, etc. Even the knives were sharpened well. Loved that there was a speaker system you could wire your phone up to to play music. There was plenty of firewood to keep the common area nice and toasty. The bedrooms have great beds and bedding to get a restful sleep. The water pressure was spot on and plenty of fluffy towels for the family. The location was great - closet to the shops and lake but with plenty of wooded area to hike and play. One thing to note that we missed was that the listing doesn't include use of the garage and only a few travel bar soaps are provided so guests will need to provide their own hygiene products. ##### Michelle Y.
