Lake access is just 4 blocks down the hill. You are also close to all ski resorts, as Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are only 11 miles away. Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the driveway and two in the garage. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. The garage has a high clearance and most Sprinters clear the entrance. Also available in the garage is the 220v EV outlet for your electric car needs. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. We had a great time and the property was as listed. The carpets were quite dirty, but apart from that the home was fine.
