Close to leisure park, village and shops approximately 250 m away. Beach approximately 1200 m away. House located on one of the main axes of Carnac Beach / Carnac Town. Terraced house with enclosed garden and terrace, south/west facing. Entrance leading to a corridor with independent toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a flat-screen television, wood-burning stove, dining area open to a large bay window. Open-plan fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher.
