### Men Guen - A 250 m de la plage

The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment in Carnac, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 40 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- One bedroom with a single pull-out bed (sleeps 2: 80 x 190, suitable for children)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Auray train station 16.5 km (24 min by car)

L’Hébergement était très bien placé, dans un environnement calme et agréable.Le logement nous a bien convenu il manquait des tapis aux 2 entrées, la principale et la baie vitrée car en cette saison on a tendance à vite salir...
