You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 42 square meters on the ground floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a comfortable and modern double sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, a flat-screen TV, and an exit leading out to the terrace. The apartment features one bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, a flat-screen TV, and a CD player.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen that boasts an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a supply of NESPRESSO capsules for the coffee machine. Other amenities include air conditioning, a shower/WC, a washing machine, a dryer, and a hair dryer. You will also have access to free WiFi internet during your stay. Additionally, a reserved parking space (number 11) is provided for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a terrace spanning 10 square meters with a west-facing position, perfect for enjoying the warm evenings. There is also a garden area of 35 square meters where you can relax during your vacation. Comfortable terrace furniture is provided for your outdoor enjoyment.
