L'eau chaude est disponible de 18h30 à 10h30\. Il n'y a pas de salle à manger mais un room service pour le petit dejeuner et le diner si vous le souhaitez. La nourriture est tres bonne. Il y a souvent des micro coupures de courant (1 min max) mais c'est le cas partout dans Munnar.
