Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation Apartment
We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex.
This vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The unit is located on the first floor, and it features a oversized private patio/yard.

Come and enjoy the beach life and the charm of Carlsbad at a location you cannot beat.

This place has everything you need and the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants is our favorite part. Did not use the pool with the beach down the street but it looked clean. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will likely be back again in the future.

The property is superb. The place is clean and very up to date. The owner was very responsive to questions. The place is close to the beach and the town of Carlsbad, great to walk everywhere. 11/10 would recommend. If we ever come back to the area we will be looking for this condo again.

Central location

Property nicer than advertised. Never moved my car from the secured parking space and was able to walk the entire village.Wide assortment of ethnic restaurants. A short block and a half to the beach. Very nice private outdoor space. Would definetly stay again.

It was the best location and the apartment was absolutely better than I imagined, with great mattress, quality utensils and cooking stuff. The managers went out of her way to take care of everything and accommodate all my needs. I will for sure be back.

Clean, comfortable apartment, had what we needed. The provided beach gear—wagon, chairs, umbrella —made our beach day comfortable. Outdoor shower helped minimize sand. There was some noise from the street but we still slept well.

Can’t beat this location!

My Mom and my Aunt stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and the place was clean and safe, which is important for 2 single ladies, traveling from another state. Lily was quick to respond as well to last minute questions upon check in and check out.

Amazing condo by the beach

We loved everything about our stay in Carlsbad. The condo is beautiful and filled with everything you need. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely private patio space. Having all the beach chairs, umbrells and wagon for 4 people was wonderful. We loved walking the few blocks to the beach. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Easy check in.

Fantastic for a family of 4

We had a lovely stay in the Carslbad area. This location is a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. There was everything at the property for beach going. (beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys and a wagon). For those planning a day at lego land it is only a 15 minute drive away! We were also able to get grocery delivery to this location to make some meals in during our stay. Highly recommend for a family of four!

Great location in Carlsbad

We stayed at this property in 2019, and found it again on VRBO. Great location, comfortable for sleeping, cooking, hanging out. Laundry on site, pool, too. Two very short blocks to the beach, two blocks to downtown, we walked everywhere. Secure parking, and a charger for our hybrid vehicle. We'll be back!
