Bright & airy and has a wonderful open feel to it. As you walk in you\`re graciously welcomed by the spacious living area complete w/ panoramic ocean views. Perfect for those looking for a staycation! Cleaned & sanitized. Full kitchen to cook meals & stay in! 30-day minimum stays. In a quiet area of Carlsbad, the location is minutes from the beach, dining, shopping and Legoland. Our property is a condo home that contains 1,180 sq ft and was built in 1977\. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and it\`s divided in two floors. First floor when you enter there\`s a 0.5 bathroom (toilet and sink only), kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso). Then you have the breakfast bar, dining table that seats 6 and a spacious and bright living room with comfy sofa-bed in front of the TV that has streaming and cable channels. Downstairs we have the master bedroom with queen size bed and guest bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own dedicated full bathroom. Washer and dryer also located downstairs. Detached garage for 1 car. Guests will have access to the whole 2br/2.5ba condo, including garage and complex amenities. \*\*Note that we can\`t guarantee complex amenities availability and operation during your stay. Parking is available for one car in the garage and in the spaces in front of the condo with the Parking Pass that is provided. Additional parking (3rd car+) is on the street (cul de sac) a few steps from the condo. Please make sure to return the Parking Pass at checkout or you will be charged a $100 replacement fee. We are available almost 24/7 for any questions. We recommend that our guests download the Airbnb app so that they can easily communicate with us anytime they need. The closest grocery stores are Rancho Santa SE Produce, Ralphs Fresh Fare and Terra Verde Foods. Nearby coffee shops include Invita Café, Poinsetta Station Coffee and Starbucks. Nearby restaurants include Pink Box Cookies, Costco Food Court and Veggie Grill. Our unit is near Poinsettia Park, Aviara Community Park and Cannon Park. This area is car dependent — almost all errands require a car. Transit is available, with a few nearby public transportation options. Home Truths: \- There\`s NO Air Conditioner in the condo, fans only and a good amount of coastal breeze. In Carlsbad, probably 5 days a year this won\`t be enough due to a heat wave, but otherwise the condo is very cool throughout the year. \- There is one flight of stairs with 8 steps to get to the condo, likewise inside the condo because it is a 2-story unit. Bedrooms are downstairs. \- The unit is fully operational and comfortable. \- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES: By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect. NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable. No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. \- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform. \- Host requires a photocopy of renter\`s ID as well as rental agreement signed (digitally) for verification before check-in \- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). \- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. \- Please make sure to return the garage opener and Parking Pass at checkout or you will be charged a $100 replacement fee. Late Checkout Policy Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows: • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater. • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater. • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate. To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency. Additional Cleaning Policy Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency. Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate. These may include, but are not limited to: • Gas and electricity • Water and sewer • Trash and recycling • Internet and streaming services • Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking These fees may be assessed as either: • A flat monthly fee, or • A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent. Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.
