The other studio is reserved to the family of the owners when they are in town and also shares a door but it remains locked. The home provided ample space to accommodate our group comfortably, and its location was convenient for exploring the area.However, we encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arrival, we noticed that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, as there were multiple spider webs and large spiders present inside the house. Additionally, the upstairs loft had peeling paint, which appeared to be the result of a previous water leak. The back patio screen was also damaged prior to our arrival.Further concerns included dirty AC vents, chipped bed frames, and a cracked lamp with missing pieces. These issues gave the home a neglected appearance and detracted from the comfort of our stay.While the property has potential, addressing these maintenance and cleanliness concerns would greatly enhance the guest experience. We were in town for a wedding so the lack of street parking was inconvenient. The location though was perfect. We enjoyed the lagoon and the beach as well as having space to be together. We visited Legoland and the beach, as well as walks and bird watching. This is a big house of a date if you know what I mean. It works well, and so do all the mod cons. Generous supplies of beach stuff in the garage and the garden is child proof The only down side is the street parking is a bit fraught because the neighbors resent vacation rentals. ##### Sarah F.
