This is a private quiet studio completely separate with no shared areas. Located “downtown” Carlisle. From here you can follow Rt. 225 East to Bedford and Lexington or West to Westford & Littleton and is close proximity to Routes 128, 495 and 3\. A short 33 minute drive to Boston. Close to historic downtown Concord's shops/restaurants. 1.6 miles to Hiking/bike trails of Great Brook Farm State Park. \*Only 10 miles and about a 15 min drive to Lowell via the Lowell Connector\* The space 500sf newly built (2019) studio offers a hidden private entrance. Kitchenette for light meals: Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes and utensils, Large basin sink, with a convenient Moen pull down spray facet. Note: no stove. Walls accented with reclaimed barn wood Charming pub table anchors your dining space. There is an en suite full bath with sink, toilet, and shower. Open space living room with new cottage cozy sofa, that pulls out to a comfy Queen with upgraded memory foam, across from the large flat screen cable TV. Stunning winding wooden staircase that provides access to the upper sleeping area; a comfortable Queen sized bed and Desk for your workspace. Vintage barn beams are used in the loft ceiling. Cable TV and high speed WiFi Internet access. Guest access The studio has it's own separate entrance, offering complete privacy. Plenty of parking is available. Since the studio has its own entrance guests are free to come and go as they wish. This makes checking in really easy and convenient as guests don't need to schedule an arrival time in advance. Guests will receive the directions and all the information needed to get to my place a day or two before their reservation starts. The unit is adorable and unique and well appointed. And, I would absolutely stay there again, if in the area. My sister lives in Lowell and highly recommended Carlisle. It was tricky finding the driveway but the owner sent me an aerial view which was perfect. It was just me and this studio totally met my needs. There’s a market 2 doors up. Perfect. I would stay again. The owners were GREAT communicators!! ##### Susan W. Just right for one night stop on our fall sightseeing trip in the area. Bed was comfortable with very clean and fresh linens. Right on the road at a stop sign juncture so was a bit noisy, and it would be lovely to be able to open the back door to the grassy yard behind the building, and fresh air. It's on a somewhat busy road but it's not too loud. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that there's no way to do any cooking, there's only a mini fridge and a microwave. There's not a toaster or even a cutting board for chopping fruit/veggies. Besides this, it was an easy and comfy stay. ##### Alicia D. Very private and safe. Location in the center of a wooded rural-ish town near lots of historic sites! Could use a comfier couch :) but thats probably not a deal breaker for sightseers who will be out and about (I was working a lot from the rental itself which was all otherwise great). Honestly I loved everything about this property. The decor is cute and retro, it's impeccably clean, the quality of the mattresses/pillows/bedding is outstanding, farmers markets are close by, the area is beautiful, and it's just overall super cozy and warm.
