Villa Massimo is a large, comfortable single-family house spanning three stories, located in Carlazzo, Italy. This vacation rental boasts a terraced garden with wildlife and trees, as well as a kidney-shaped swimming pool (10 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Mar. - 15.Oct.) and a yard. Additionally, it provides internet WiFi connectivity for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The property offers a delightful outdoor experience with its terraced garden adorned with wildlife and trees. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 10 x 3 m with a depth of 140 cm, available seasonally from March 30th to October 15th. An outdoor shower and terrace further enhance the alfresco ambiance.

The house is situated 1 km from the center of Carlazzo, 6 km from Porlezza, and 23 km from Lugano. It occupies a sunny position on a slope within a residential area of villas. Access to the property involves a 200 m steep footpath, with public parking available 200 m away on the road. Nearby amenities include a shop (1.2 km), supermarket (4 km), restaurant (2 km), bar (2 km), and a bus stop (280 m). The nearest railway station is "Lugano," located 24 km away.

Nearby attractions include Menaggio (9.4 km), Lugano (23 km), Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, and Bellagio. The bright and inviting living/dining room features a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace and radio, providing a cozy atmosphere. From this room, you can access the terrace and swimming pool. The house also includes a mezzanine with a separate WC, a double bedroom with access to the terrace, and a room with two beds, also with a terrace exit. Additionally, there is an open living room with satellite TV on the upper floor, another double bedroom with a balcony exit, and a shower/WC with double hand-basin.  
  
Amenities Included  
This vacation property is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it has an exit leading to the garden and pergola. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a portable barbecue. The house also features gas heating, wooden floors, and natural stone floors. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge.

The property offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and valley, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
