Stay in supreme comfort at our Airserviced Oakfield Apartments. You'll have the best nights sleep on our hotel grade beds with pocket sprung mattresses and fresh white cotton bed linen. This top floor one bedroom apartment is set in the unique roof space within our conversion of a traditional Victorian property. On the second floor, accessed via the main entrance and large well lit staircase, the apartment offers an open plan layout with solid oak floors throughout. Entertain yourself with a 43" Smart TV in the living area, offering Freeview TV channels and TV on Demand Apps. Listen to your music in the bedroom and bathroom with our in-ceiling speaker system. Super speed Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free and unlimited, you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. Keep your devices alive with fast charge USB sockets in both the living room and bedroom. If you fancy cooking during your stay the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated washer dryer, fridge freezer, waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery required to exercise your culinary skills.. Sleep in comfort in the cosy bedroom with a KINGSIZE bed and crisp white cotton bed linen \[NOTE: the bed can be split to TWIN beds on request at the time of booking}. Cupboards are built in, and there's also a digital hotel style laptop safe for your valuables. In the living room there's a luxury Cocoon pull out pocket sprung double sofa bed, suitable for two adults or children. The bathroom is chic and modern with a shower over the bath. We also provide fresh white towels and essential bathroom amenities for your stay. Gas central heating keeps you warm and provides hot water on demand. Tell us your expected time of arrival, and we'll have the apartment warmed and cosy in advance before you arrive. For your safety, there is a Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector and Video door entry system with CCTV at the main entrance and common areas of the building. You'll have the complete apartment to yourself, no sharing of bathrooms or kitchens in this fully self contained home. Relax, you're in expert hands. We've been hosting since 2005 so know a thing or two for what you expect from a short stay. We'll be in contact from when you book right through your arrival, stay and departure. We are also always available on the telephone during your stay if any need arises. We'll make sure you arrive and check in easy, have a great stay, and leave wishing to come back again. Oakfield Street is in a unique conservation area close to the Albany Road shopping district. Parking is available free on the street directly outside the property. The spaces are split 50/50 between 'permit only' and free parking. We will send you full information when your booking is confirmed. We use noise monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. Our properties have both residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must respect at all times. Everyone deserves a peaceful nights sleep when they stay with us, so please choose and book only if our properties suit the type of stay that is permissible and meets your needs. A complimentary Welcome Pack is included offering a selection of essentials to help you settle in and feel right at home when you arrive. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am every day, including weekends. No commercial activities are permitted at this property. Age restriction for lead guest is 22 years.
