The property boasts a terraced garden with trees, a fenced swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 120 cm) with an alarm system and seasonal availability from January 1st to December 31st. Outdoor amenities include a shower, boules court, pergola, and a terrace. Bicycles (2) and children's bicycles (1) are available for exploring the surroundings. A stepped path with 11 steps leads to the house, and ample parking for 3 cars is provided on the premises. With Internet Wifi and a yard, this property provides a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern conveniences.

The property features a natural state 2,500 m2 private outdoor area, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings. This area extends to a terrace, offering an enjoyable outdoor experience. The house boasts four bedrooms, with one room featuring a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and direct access to the terrace. Another room is equipped with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), while the upper floor offers a walk-through room with a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an interconnecting room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).

The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The open kitchen is furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bathrooms include a separate toilet, a double hand basin, and a shower/toilet combination on the upper floor. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the house.
