This home is a true angler's paradise with miles of private fly fishing in the Gold Medal waters of the Roaring Fork River and 8 miles of private creeks and well stocked ponds! 1 fly fishing badge is included in your stay!

THE SPACE
This newly refurbished condo features an open floor plan with a comfortable living room overlooking the golf course and a spacious dining room with vaulted ceilings. The well equipped, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. This welcoming space is perfect for gathering by the fire and reminiscing about fun filled days spent exploring the Roaring Fork Valley!

The spacious bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms, can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in one bedroom and queen size bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule will result in a fine.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Though this home doesn't have air conditioning there are fans for your comfort.

In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within days of booking.

Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 1 Fly Fishing badge is included in your stay.

Parking is for passenger vehicles only. RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property.

There is no mail delivery to this unit. If you need mail delivered please have it sent to the Carbondale post office.

If you have a large group, please contact us so that we can help you find accommodations for everyone since we manage several properties at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

My family had a great trip staying in this VRBO. It was close to Carbondale, Aspen, and Glen Wood Springs which we utilized for a lot of activities. The place was clean, had lots of space and was well stocked with everything you would need. The surrounding area was great, we rode the bike down to the river and around the surrounding area.Would stay again if we came back to the area and would recommend this property to friends.

Special Location

The actual condo was quite comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and accoutrements. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The Preserve -- a short walk from the condo -- provided the special element of this VRBO. The fishing opportunities were excellent. Several ponds and the streams running between them -- all just off the Roaring Fork -- provided excellent fly fishing and walking paths throughout the preserve property. The only drawback to this condo was the road noise. Rte 82 runs just beyond the golf course in back of the condo. If the back slider or the window upstairs is open, the road noise is inescapable. However, if you keep the slider and the window closed, the noise is significantly diminished. Beyond that concern, this condo is a special place -- three miles to the center of Carbondale and within striking distance of several great hiking trails.

Even better than expected

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy and right on the 9-hole golf course! Everything we needed to have morning coffee and cook was provided. The community was quiet and had hiking access to the roaring fork river and fishing. Bikes were available for us to use which was a great perk to tool around the property. We found a gem in Carbondale! We will definitely be back!

This property was very comfortable for us and was located close to family we were visiting in Carbondale. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Although we didn’t take advantage of the bikes and fishing opportunity, the equipment provided for those activities looked very appealing. Communication with owners/manager was excellent.

Beautiful retreat close to Aspen

The condo was comfortable and covenant for our week in Aspen. Directly on bus routes but off the highway enough for great sleep after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Convenient location

Cozy and comfortable. Beds were great. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Hiking and fishing area within the property. If we come back we would stay again. This area has poor cellular service, so make sure you have all directions and check-in instructions before you arrive. Google maps doesn’t recognize this address. Follow owner’s instructions.

Great place for a family!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and homey. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. It was warm upstairs and hard to keep the window open at night because of road noise, but other than that it was a great stay!

Great location

What a great find. Best for smaller groups (4-6 at most). Everything was clean, neat and very well kept. The kitchen was stocked with many accessories and equipment not usually found in vacation rentals. Location is great for access to fishing, hiking, winter sports and a 9 hole golf course is right out the back door.

Immaculately Cared For

The condo was impeccably decorated and very clean. Perfect set up for our family of 3 and my parents who were visiting from Arizona. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone. Just a couple of minor things to be noted. Faucet in upstairs queen bath was not working, the upholstered chair was broken so there was only seating for four and we dimly had 1 dishwashing detergent pack but we will definitely be staying here again.

The place is comfortable and fairly recently renovated. It needs some indirect lighting but that’s my preference. Otherwise, it does the trick for being on a large property with lots of streams and ponds.

Great but.......

This unit was very nicely outfitted, great indoor furniture with lots of extras. Great back patio with barbecue grill and quality outdoor furniture, all right on the golf course. Excellent Welcome book full of every detail. Bikes. Tennis racquets. The owners thought of everything. Excellent kitchen appliances etc. A+. The problem however lay with Keylink, the property management. We arrived with no key in the carport post lockbox. The lock box was wide open but no key to be found. Calling Keylink was useless, only an answering machine. It took until the next day to find out, gee, the key was all this time under the front door mat, and once we got the front door lockbox to work, we were told by Keylink "we THOUGHT you did it wrong". Yes, we were scolded. Not happy with Keylink at all. The unit likely hadn't been rented in a long time because we had to deal with the hot water heater. It wasn't a big deal, just a nuisance with traveling with a family. The kitchen dishes were all dusty/dirty, not major, just a pain. Overall the unit was very good. The issues were more a problem by Keylink's lack of oversight, not by the owner. One final note: the unit does NOT have air conditioning and I did not notice that when we booked it. It was well over 90 degrees every day and the interior was quite warm, especially at night. Not a deal breaker because the owner provided lots of fans, only a surprise to find out there wasn't AC. I wish I had known.

The Ranch

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The location down valley is excellent, on bus stop and easy to get to Willits and Carbondale.
