Room was a bit small for the price. Also the flooring should probably be looked at because every step i took in the room felt like the floor was squishing. I also believe one of the sink knob’s were loose. Staff was very friendly. Amenities were not too bad. Just the rooms need updated big time.

Clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Room a/c didn't get the room as cold as I like, but that was because the bed was almost against it. Plenty of choices for breafast. Only downfall was having to get our own replacement towels.

Good hotel

The hotel is nice overall. Breakfast was pretty good. My only real complaints are the bed was hard as rock, pillows are a bit chunky, and we didn’t have any bodywash in the shower.

When we checked in, we were informed that the room keys were not working. So each time we returned to the room, we had to be escorted by staff member with pass key to let us into our room. They were very helpful. When we checked out I was told there was a charge on my bill, which they refunded when I told front desk that I had booked reservation with Hotel.com and had paid in full in advance.

Pros: Jared the front desk person was really warm and welcoming. The breakfast was actually good. Lots of restaurant options right near by Cons: The toilet was dirty, black mold or whatever it was in the shower, rooms are outdated, wallpaper coming off walls, bed a bit hard, but okay. I'm being charged an extra fee, to which noone can or could explain why. Jared had to call his General Manager for help. At first, Shay the AGM tried to tell me its an Expedia issue, its not because the transaction happened the day I checked in. Then thought I had purchased something in their very small store, again...no. The extra transaction is still pending on my account, so hopefully it will drop off. If not, I will be calling. Overall, this place was okay for just a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay beyond that.
