The house is well designed for lots of people to have enough space, including a full crib and baby gate which were very helpful. It is nice and open with wonderful bathrooms. We all loved the heated pool and enjoyed it between trips to the beach. Same with billiards and ping pong. Golf carts were a hit with everyone. We will definitely be back whenever we can! It was pretty chilly while we were there so we did not spend as much time on the beach as we may have, but enjoyed exploring the island on a golf cart one day and took a ferry to Cabbage Key too. The owner/manager was helpful in helping me find good companies to use for both! For anyone visiting in better weather, the proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the views of the sunset were stunning. I would definitely stay here again given my overall experience, including how responsive the owner/manager was." We spent almost 2,000 for two nights including golf cart rental and were unable to enter any of the restaurants or use the golf course. This is a "South Seas" problem and pretty embarrassing to be told to leave a brand new restaurant because we did not have "wristbands". We were there for a wedding hosted by South Seas and will never stay there again because of their ridiculous policies towards VRBO rentals. We were forced to leave the resort just to get a drink at RC Otters where they actually accept cash and credit cards! South Seas is now considered a joke by all of us who stayed there and none of us will ever return."
