« The condo was adorable, it was clean, decorated so cute, had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I loved my bathroom. Captiva is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but it’s still so beautiful!!! »

« It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. Would definitely recommend this home. »

« Magical island property, perfect fit for our family of four. We loved access to TWO swimming pools, the tennis courts, and endless beach exploration. The house was perfectly appointed, well designed, and we felt right at home upon arrival. Sandy is a true gem - quick communication and thoughtful welcome gifts for the fam. « The home was welcoming and a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If I go to the area again I will stay here again. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also did a shelling day and sunset cruise with Captiva Cruises and they were both excellent and they too were within walking distance. »

« This was part of our family's 2nd trip to North Captiva and the island provided the perfect vacation destination. The house had all the space we needed for our group of 14. The kids loved having the pool and the trek to the beach was short and easy. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins on the beach everyday. Our only issue was that the water pump wasn't working when we arrived and it look a couple of days to get it resolved. Once that was on working order we were able to fully relax and...

« We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends! »

« The place was beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings. It was also very clean. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach and minutes to everything on the island. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend. »

« The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave. »

« Wow! Incredible Home and location that fit my crew of 7 perfectly. The property was clean and had everything you needed without searching for it. The property manager checked in with us right out of the gate and then left us alone but let us know they were only a phone call away and literally two doors down. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a larger group. »

« This is our third stay on North Captiva and by far our favorite view. The dock was a big attraction as we had our own boat. The property manager was great about answering any questions before our visit (we didn’t have any questions or problems during the stay). The home has been updated and is very nice and clean. The online images are very accurate. We enjoyed the Safety Harbor amenities while being next door to the island club. We had a great week and definitely recommend this house! »

« Overall, the house was amazing. The game/bar area in the enclosed lower deck provided a great place to spend some time when not out exploring, providing an assortment of games, pool and foosball tables, and a nice wet bar. The rest of the house was very nicely furnished - both inside and out, and the observation deck on the roof provided a great view of sunset. The outdoor kitchen/bar was a great place to hang out/cook/eat. My only complaint is the private pool - which was a big reason we booked...

« Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

« We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend! »

« Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections »

« Rent this place right now. Completely redone with everything working perfectly. This place is brand new redone.this was our tenth trip to south seas and this was the best unit we have stayed in by far. »
