We have stayed at the South Seas in a different condo and this one is far superior! Love the decor - just as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Bathrooms were clean and AMAZING water pressure! Great view of the sunset and the ocean. We actually rode out tropical storm Debby in the condo. First time there. Power outages were at least once per day during our visit. One time in the middle of the night for several hours. This meant no AC for quite some time. Immaculate, modern decor, and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to buy anything except food. All the basics were provided and plenty for 4 days. Great location - walk to restaurants, steps from beach etc. 2 Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella provided. Management was very responsive to a couple very minor issues and had them resolved within an hour. Master bedroom right by elevator so on Saturday morning (busy check out day) the mechanical noise woke us up, but it was fine the rest of the days. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Sean S. Enjoyed the unit and property overall. Clean and neat, appropriately furnished (not overly cluttered and furnishings were comfortable and in current styles). Parking was easy to find outside the unit. Disappointed we couldn’t use a credit card to obtain services at the beach bar or Harborside Bar & Grill by the marina, as we have been able to in prior years. Recommend having unit services timed conveniently for guests; we were given short notice by your team that xfinity was coming to the unit (a service that we did not request), so we lost an afternoon at the beach waiting in the unit to let them in (They never showed up). Recognize that guests may not be comfortable having service people in the unit while no one is there, and hanging around to wait for them cuts into vacation time. Clarity at the outset as to whether xfinity was coming inside or not would have been helpful in enabling us to be prepared.
