Our top-floor beach villa has sleeping for up to 8 guests and access to the association amenities, including multiple heated pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, laundry, and, of course, the world-famous Captiva Island beaches. Completely updated throughout. The main level features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with king-sized beds. Upstairs is a bedroom in the loft with two full beds and a full bathroom. Please note that there is no elevator in this building, and it's on the 2nd floor. We're also not part of the resort, meaning that you won't have access to the resort amenities, including the north end pool complex, resort restaurants or eateries, the 9-hole golf course, trolley, or other resort amenities. While you won't have resort access, you won't need it as our association provides access to multiple pools as part of the Beach Villas, tennis courts, BBQ grills, the beach, laundry, and more. There are several wonderful restaurants just outside the gates of the resort, and being at the South End, you can easily get into the Village area of Captiva for shops and dining. You'll also never pay a resort fee, save about 50% compared to resort rates, and choose your exact unit ... such as ours, which is completely renovated. We'll look forward to welcoming you soon to South Seas Beach Villa 2028. Important Note: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Private Management This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. Beach Gear Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit. Construction & Maintenance Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control. Storm Impacts Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay. Pool Closure: The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026\. This closure is expected to last one (1) month. There is still access to the two other pools nearby during the closure. It’s on the beach and you can hear the ocean from the screened in porch but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The area was badly damaged by hurricane Ian and is largely still a construction zone. There is a lot of truck traffic, random wooden scaffolding by the pool and the tennis court was only half usable. The kitchen is not well equipped, a shower was broken and the others neither hot no strong enough, and a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling on a wire. It’s a nice place to stay for the beach but the apartment itself could use some work. ##### Robin G.
