We liked the amount of space in the unit especially the balcony. Also the beach accessibility. The bathrooms need more light. The hall bath toilet ran constantly until I fixed it. The hall bath tub drain was slow. The elevator did not work. That said we enjoyed our visit and would consider coming back.

Love captiva . South seas is under constructions but coming back . No internet in our room during our stay. South seas needs to provide trailer parking if you rent a boat slips as in the past.

Love South Seas
The unit was great! They view was great! Be aware of the cancellation/change policy. We were not able to make changes to a larger unit with a request 6 weeks prior to our stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful unit!
Beautiful unit with a great view of the marina and pool. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Ease of checking in and communication with management. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!!!
This was our 25th wedding anniversary. We spent our honeymoon at South Seas and even 25 years later it is still breathtaking. Our unit was very clean, had a lovely view of the marina and bay, and several great restaurants nearby (some old favorites and new ones we tried). Only regret is that we could not stay longer! We plan to return next year for our 26th!

Bayside Villa
This was a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart, which made transportation easier. Decent size pool and usually not crowded. I would have loved resort access so that we could have enjoyed the “lush big resort pool.” This is not included when booking through vrbo. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would return here for a future trip.

The property was clean and spacious And the pool with right nearby. The ocean was about a eight minute walk and it was in the vicinity of a good restaurant and Starbucks.

Best beaches!
Ryan’s property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was very easy to walk to the beach, we rented bikes for a day and it was fun to see the island that way. Would love to bring our kids back for a family vacation.

Weekend getaway
We enjoyed our visit to Captiva and the property was nice. We did have to reach out to management regarding the cleanliness of the master bathroom and the floors - they responded quickly and addressed the following morning. Thank you. A few suggestions to consider would be new pans, bedding and a notch up on the bathroom products (soap, shampoo, conditioner, add body lotion). Overall, great location. First time using VRBO but will be going through the resort next time to have access to the sunset beaches and any additional amenities.

Family VaCay
The property was very clean with modern Decour. Check in and check out was super easy. I enjoyed the condo it felt like home. My only 2 complains are the mattress was not comfortable by the end of my stay I had a terrible backache. Also added to that was very loud air conditioner that was did not keep the Bedroom cool.
