Really enjoyed the beauty of the hotel. It was meticulously cleaned and the architecture is absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the Red Piano Bar. The music, bar tenders, and atmosphere were all 10/10!

We had an amazing time! Customer service was incredible and everyone greeted us with a smile. I booked the room for my grandson's 9th birthday, and expected everything to be expensive. The prices were very reasonable for our family of 6. We're already looking to book when the outdoor activities open up! Thank you Okana and Expedia for making our mini vaca memorable!

Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet.
