The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a small living/dining room with a dining nook, kitchen corner, and a shower/toilet, as well as an exit to the terrace. The upper floor boasts an open living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), and satellite TV, along with an exit to the terrace. The second upper floor, with sloping ceilings, houses two double bedrooms and a shower, bidet, and toilet. The property is equipped with gas heating.
