For shared use: property, large, beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, pergola, terrace, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: table tennis, table football, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the grounds. Roofed, parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "ARL 461 Lugano - Tesserete" 10 m, railway station "Lugano" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Origlio. Hiking paths: Monte Bar, Denti della Vecchia, Croce, San Lucio, Monte Bré, Monte Lema, MountainBike Gebiet Capriasca/ Tesserete. Please note: car-free holiday complex, no lift.
