Only a few steps from the sea and surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Artistica with a total of 5 holiday apartments is situated on a spacious, well-kept property. The child-friendly apartment 7 for 3 persons on the ground floor has a living-dining room with adjoining, functionally equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a private, furnished terrace and a communal garden with barbecue area and sea view. Shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants and bars are available in nearby Capoliveri and can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The nearest beach in a small bay is 300 m or 5 minutes on foot away.
