Casa Stella is a fabulous apartment overlooking the splendid Golfo Stella with direct access to the sea.
The apartment is on the first floor left side of a larger property surrounded by a large garden with tall pine trees.
The house consists of:
- dining area with kitchen complete with fridge, electric oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, table with chairs and sofa;
- bathroom with shower;
- a room with a bunk bed for two people
- a double bedroom
- baby cot for free
The house is tastefully furnished and has all the comforts such as: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, WI-FI internet, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric gate, parking spaces and outdoor hot shower.
In support there is a large covered terrace accessible from the living area and from the bedrooms complete with sitting area and table with chairs from which you can admire the enchanting Stella Gulf from above.
The house is located in a large pine forest; the sandy beach below can be reached by a private staircase (about 25 steps).
The garden of the property is fenced and with electric gate, the means (cars, bikes, motorbikes) can be parked on the property.
In the immediate vicinity there is a kiosk, minimarket, bar and restaurant within a campsite.
The house is 25 minutes from Porto Ferraio, 10 minutes from Capoliveri, 10 minutes from Porto Azzurro, 30 minutes from Marina di Campo and 50 minutes from Marciana Marina.
Linen not provided. No animals. Camping in the property prohibited. Sub-rent prohibited.
