A wall mounted flat screen tv with a built in dvd player which will keep the kids occupied and there is ample, comfortable seating for everyone. The room is open and sunny with a central dining table and a fully self-contained kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking, a dishwasher and microwave, which make cooking for the family easy. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. The 4 bedroom property consists of a queen bed in the first and second bedrooms, a set of single bunks in the third bedroom and two single beds and a bunk bed in the fourth bedroom. Enjoy that summer bbq on the deck whilst watching the kids play in the large fully fenced back yard and after a day at the beach, wash yourself off under the outdoor shower. Pets are welcome- strictly outside only (Conditions apply) During the colder months unwind by the cosy indoor fireplace—with firewood provided and ready for those perfect Phillip Island evenings. Don't miss out on booking this affordable holiday house with Wifi. The property will suit a large family or two families together. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. Definitely needs a good going over. Location was great, nice quiet street close to beach. Had everything we needed but was just so dissapointed in the cleanliness. Even though the property manager was very apologetic and explained that the cleaners must have missed it, I was informed by a neighbour that there had been no cleaners over the holiday period at all. I would have thought this would be top priority with the Covid 19 pandemic! We were offered late check out however that was never confirmed by the property manager.
