Guests of Witsand 303 can relax in absolute comfort in this beautifully styled 2-bedroom apartment, waking up to the gentle music of crashing waves. Yes, please! The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a cosy 3-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity necessary for self-catering and features island seating for 4\. The lounge boasts a wall-length window with spectacular ocean views, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV with a full bouquet DSTV, and access to the balcony. For guests’ convenience, the balcony features a gas braai and a 4-seater dining table - the perfect spot to enjoy a traditional South African braai and a glass of wine. There are two spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a floor-to-ceiling window with ocean views, while the second bedroom has 2x single beds (ideal for children). Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan to combat the summer heat and share the apartment’s shared bathroom (fitted with a shower) and guest toilet. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
