Nestled in the picturesque neighbourhood of Hout Bay, this stunning  
 property offers a serene and comfortable escape for families and  
 groups, with a capacity to accommodate up to seven guests. The grand  
 property boasts beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, including  
 the ocean, bay, and rugged mountains, creating a perfect backdrop for  
 your stay.  
  
 The accommodation includes three beautifully decorated bedrooms.  
 Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom that  
 includes a toilet, shower, and bath combo. Bedroom 2 offers a  
 comfortable double bed, while Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an  
 additional single bed, making it ideal for children or additional  
 guests. The shared bathroom, Bathroom 2, includes a toilet, shower, and  
 bath.  
  
 Throughout the property, large windows allow natural light to flood the  
 space, enhancing the spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The clean and  
 neat furniture arrangements add to the sense of calm, making every room  
 inviting and full of light. The bedroom windows frame the stunning  
 views of the bay and mountains, ensuring a serene and restful

 This family-friendly home has modern amenities to ensure a convenient  
 and enjoyable stay. Guests can enjoy internet access, a television, and  
 a fully equipped kitchen featuring appliances such as a fridge, stove,

 lounge area, complete with a TV, and the dining room with a table and

 including fishing, swimming, kayaking, bird watching, beachfront  
 exploration, surfing, cycling, and kitesurfing. The secure complex  
 offers controlled access, and parking is available on-site behind a  
 remote gate, ensuring peace of mind for guests with vehicles.  
  
 Hout Bay, a former fishing village enclosed by the ocean, mountains,

 nearby adventures. Whether you're looking for a relaxing family holiday  
 or an adventurous getaway, this property is the perfect choice for your  
 next Cape Town vacation.  
  
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 103 Brighton St, Hout Bay, Cape Town  
  
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
