The space: This comfortable and modern 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 6th floor in one of the most recognizable buildings in the area, The Rockwell. The building has 24h security, access control, covered parking, elevator access, a gym and a small indoor pool. The apartment is spacious with thoughtful touches throughout, ensuring that guests have everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. De Waterkant is a unique area that has it all. It is located between the slopes of Signal Hill and the central business district of Cape Town (CBD), and within walking distance of the Bo-Kaap, the V&A Waterfront, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), as well as Green Point’s lush urban park and Stadium. It is one of the most vibrant places in Cape Town.
