The Villa is equipped with an inverter that ensures there is no power interruptions (loadshedding) and that 90% of all electrical equipment are fully powered. If the power goes off, the Inverter will automatically switch on. It is great for a shared holiday experience, where families can be together, but also have their separate spaces. This three storey Villa Offers incredibly spacious living areas, luxurious décor and every amenity necessary for comfort and convenience, you are well on your way to experiencing a once in a lifetime seaside retreat Thanks to the open-plan design, there is an effortless flow from the kitchen to a dining area, lounge and garden. A notable highlight of this incredible home is the indoor entertainment area consisting of wraparound windows instead of walls, a heated indoor swimming pool, a dining area and a gas braai/BBQ, ensuring good times no matter the weather. Ground floor contains Indoor heated swimming pool and BBQ grill area which leads to the garden. 2 bedrooms (of which one is ensuite) and 2 bathrooms Open plan lounge (with TV) 10-seater dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. Middle floor contains Spacious Open plan lounge (with TV) dining area and another fully equipped kitchen with a view of the swimming pool 3 bedrooms of which two are ensuite a guest bathroom Top floor contains Spacious Lounge area with magnificent views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. Library and another family TV The house consists of 5 bedrooms, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has a unique style that complements the home’s overall soothing aesthetic. Three of the five bedrooms have a king bed, while the other two have queen-size beds. Three bedrooms have a spacious en-suite bathroom, with the two bedrooms accessing the two home’s shared bathrooms. Guests have access to the Entire house Large windows and soothing neutral and pastel shades with touches of wood are perfectly blended to create a welcoming space designed to inspire rest and relaxation.
